Half the payment is given upfront, other half when it's finished

I accept PayPal only. My currency is Euros

I will inform you when (you commission me) the estimated time it will take for me to be done, and you can cancel your order at that time (standard time is 1-2 weeks on average)

You are allowed to ask for changes at the sketch stage (WIPs will be watermarked).

I will only proceed with the commission if you are content with the sketch. If you wish for a refund, you will get half of the already payed money back at this stage.
